Aglione cream with Nobile di Montepulciano wine grapes gr. 90 - I Tre Capi
The two pillars of this land form an inimitable product: the grapes of Prugnolo Gentile, the Sangiovese variety from Nobile di Montepulciano, are added to the Aglione (25%).
With the sweet and sour apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and the spiciness of chilli, it goes very well with the flavor of pecorino cheese and cheeses in general.
